You must complete the story mission “State of Things” and have unlocked the green Chocobo before you can retrieve the PLAY ARTS Buggy figure in the Gongaga region.

The GAME ART Little Bronco Figure is collector’s item #64 in Johnny’s Treasure Trove and can only be found in the Cosmo Canyon Region.
Your Chocobo can unearth this buried PLAY ARTS figurine at an excavation site just south of Kamaria’s Ranch and southeast of Bahamut Arisen Sanctuary α.
PLAY ARTS Shinra Box location
The PLAY ARTS Shinra Box The figure is collector’s item number 65 in Johnny’s Treasure Trove and can only be found in the Nibel Region.
Your Chocobo can unearth this buried PLAY ARTS figurine at a dig site southeast of a Chocobo slot directly east of Shinra Manor in the far northeast corner of the region.
