They say one man’s trash is another man’s treasure – especially when it comes from Jenna Lyons’ closet.

In a new video, TikTok creator Janna Hagey revealed that she recently purchased a Balenciaga City bag that once belonged to the star of “The Real Housewives of New York” and found a handful of Lyons’ old belongings – including a J.Crew company ID.

Lyons, who served as executive creative director and president of J.Crew from 2010 to 2017, recently hosted a flea market in New York City where she sold off a ton of iconic pieces from her closet.

Hagey was lucky enough to score a bag at the sale and showed viewers what was left in a deep pocket of the handbag she bought for $150.

“I bought this original Balenciaga piece at Jenna Lyons’ closet sale last week and I can tell it was her everyday piece because it’s pretty worn out, but it’s amazing,” she began.

“I bought this original Balenciaga from Jenna Lyons at the closet sale last week and I can tell it was her everyday carry because it’s pretty worn, but it’s just incredible,” Hagey said of Lyons’ bag.

“Anyway, I’m just rearranging some things in there after using it for a few days. And I’m opening this bag that I’ve never opened until this morning. Can we please have a moment so it can be filled with things?” she continued.

Hagey began pulling out a handful of Lyons’ old things – her old J.Crew ID, a keychain, a mechanical pencil, a pack of Advil, a wrapper of cough drops, and the phone number of a woman named Tammy scribbled on a strip of paper.

“I was shocked,” Hagey admitted.

She then showed Lyons’ former J.Crew ID to the camera again and explained that she thought it needed to be framed.

In the comments section of her video, many viewers were just as shocked as Hagey when they discovered what the Bravo star had left behind.

“THIS IS A RELIC, KEEP IT FOREVER. FASHION HISTORY,” one person wrote.

Another agreed: “This is an absolute treasure! You’re like a fashion historian with artifacts now.”

“It’s like you have the golden ticket!” typed someone else.

Lyons also stars on The Real Housewives of New York City and made her debut in the show’s reboot last fall.

Others urged her to return the items to Lyons herself, but Hagey had already taken care of that.

In a subsequent TikTok video, she revealed that she herself had received a DM from the J.Crew legend.

“Oh my god!!!” Lyons wrote to her. “Thank you for coming!! I loved the video and can’t believe this ID!!”

“It’s mine,” Hagey said in the video. “And I’m framing it completely.”
