I found $46,000 hidden in a house but needed help after hearing about a “family legend.”

A WOMAN contacted a treasure hunter to find out if a family legend about a hidden fortune was true.

The family, who wished to remain anonymous, turned to Keith Wille to try to find a long-lost cash box hidden in their home.

Wille is a metal detector and treasure hunter and shares his finds on his YouTube channel RediscoverLost.

In a video, he explained that the family wanted to sell the house, but had heard for years that someone in their family had hidden a bank box full of money in the house.

The family only knew that it was hidden in the attic, but they never found it despite decades of searching.

Wille began inspecting every corner of the attic and noticed something that piqued his interest.

There were some strange tracks in a corner of the attic near the ground, which prompted him to take a closer look with a special camera.

He stuck the camera between the floorboards and could see a box with a keyhole. Then he realized that the marks on the wall must have been made by a crowbar.

He set about pulling up the floorboards and finally found the box the family had been looking for.

“I would consider this cash box my most exciting find to date,” he said.

Some of the bills contained in the box were silver certificates, which may have been worth more than face value due to their historical significance.

I scored highly when it came to second-hand shopping – I found Gucci, Fendi and Prada, and the great Dior trench coat cost me “almost nothing”.

California real estate agent John Rice made a similar discovery when, while cleaning out his late father-in-law’s house, he discovered a secret room filled with a million copper coins.

After finding a few rolls of coins, he found a hidden room in the basement where most of the collection was located.

In the room, boxes containing bank bags were filled to the brim with copper coins estimated to be worth about $10,000.

Rice’s father-in-law began collecting the coins because of their copper value, but some of them are extremely valuable.

Due to the good condition and the possibility that there are some rare coins in the collection, he ultimately listed the collection for $25,000.

Another family discovered a comic book collection worth over $523,000 hidden in their home.
